The competition runs across all 9D gyms from Monday the 8th of July until the end of Thursday the 1st of August.

Finals will be held at 9 Degrees Parramatta on Saturday the 3rd of August.

You can enter via the Winter Boulder Series competiton on the Toplogger app (available on the App Store and Google Play Store).

There is no cost to enter the competition, just entry to the gym as usual.

You’ll have 3 and a half weeks to score your top 12 boulders.

When the competition begins each gym will have one reset worth of boulders available to score on. As new boulders are set they will be added into the competition. This will continue until the qualification period closes at midnight on Thursday the 1st of August.

This year is bigger than ever and we’ll be running a record 11 categories! We’ll have male & female A, B, C and D categories, an inclusive category, and, for the first time we’ll be running an invite only All Stars final with some of Australias strongest climbers. The All Stars will open up other categories to allow our community members to really show their best.

The 9D team have pre selected cut off points for each category that will be hidden until the scoring period closes, ensuring a fair competition for everyone. Competitors just need to enter the competition pool of their choosing (male, female or inclusive) and we’ll handle the rest!

There will be a final for the following categories: Open A, Open B & Inclusive. The top 5 qualified climbers will be individually contacted and invited to compete, so keep an eye on your phone if you’re a top qualifier!

For Open C and Open D we will be running a pumpfest style competition, meaning the top 3 scorers at the end of the qualification period will be the podium places. Prizegiving for these categories will take place at Parramatta as part of the finals event.

This brand new, invite only category will be a highlight of the finals event, bringing some of the strongest male & female climbers in Australia together to put on a show!

The All Stars category will also help to highlight climbers that are part of the 9D community and encourage closer competition within the Open categories.
