All online orders can be redeemed at the front desk during your next visit, simply show our staff your confirmation email and they’ll handle the rest! Online orders are non refundable but may be transferred to another person by contacting your local 9 Degrees gym.

For any student purchases a valid ID must be shown at the time of redemption.
